At JNGlasses.pk, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make your experience smooth and convenient.

General Return Policy

Return Period
We accept returns of undamaged, unscratched, and unused glasses within 7 days of purchase for
either a refund or an exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us via a trackable courier service at their ownexpense.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. Please note
that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Repack the Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted. Be sure to
include:
Your name as used on the order
Your phone number
Order number and any relevant order details
2. Ship to Us
Send the parcel via a trackable courier to the following address:

3. Wait for Confirmation
Once we receive your item, a customer care representative will contact you to confirm the receipt, after which the refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.

Custom Glasses Return Policy

Prescription Glasses: If the prescription is correct and the customer chooses to return the item, only
the frame amount will be refunded.

Screen Glasses: A fee of Rs. 1000 will be deducted. Transition Glasses: A fee of Rs. 1200 will be deducted.

Screen + Transition Glasses: A fee of Rs. 2000 will be deducted. Incorrect Prescription: If the prescription provided was incorrect, we will recheck it and offer a full
refund.

Contact Lenses Return Policy

We aim to provide the best online shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products. To start a return, email us at info@jnglasses.pk with
"Return Request" in the subject line, and we’ll guide you through the process. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be sent via JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 days.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Period Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in
their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy for Contact Lenses We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@jnglasses.pk. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s
responsibility.
